Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of Wellaray Coffee within 14 calendar days of the date on which you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by making an unambiguous statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, or contact us directly:

It is sufficient to send notice of your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund under the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging;
• The product must not have been used or tampered with;
• You must notify us within the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period;
• You must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Opened products: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products unless the product was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

3. How to Return - Step by Step

1. Email us at returns@glowxypurificati.world with your name, order reference, and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
2. We will reply within 2 working days with the return address and a returns reference number.
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and write the returns reference clearly on the outside of the parcel.
4. Post the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is earlier.

The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned items. If you ordered multiple boxes and are returning only some, the refund will be proportionate to the returned quantity.

5. Return Postage Costs

• Standard returns (right of withdrawal): Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items: If the product was faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, we will cover return postage costs. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage and we will arrange collection or issue a prepaid return label.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is otherwise not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You may be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email returns@glowxypurificati.world with your order reference and clear photographs of the issue.

7. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

• Opened food supplement products (for hygiene and food safety reasons);
• Products returned after the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period without prior agreement from us.
